We look for people with judgement, ambition, and a will to make an impact. People who don’t wait for instructions, but who understand the context, make decisions, and take responsibility.
Openers & Closers was founded with an unusual approach: from day one, we were export-oriented. While many companies grew in their domestic markets before expanding abroad, we chose to compete directly in international environments against large corporations. That initial ambition defined the way we think and act. We grew by competing.
Here, every role has a real impact on the product and the market. Decisions are not diluted in complex structures. Ideas are not lost in layers of hierarchy. If you add value, it shows. If you improve something, it gets implemented.
We are the second generation, and we understand leadership as evolution. We drove the transition from mechanics to electronics, invested in innovation in times of uncertainty, and reinforced our independence when other alternatives seemed more comfortable. That mindset remains: evolve before it becomes mandatory.
Competing as an independent company requires strategic clarity, speed in decision-making and excellence in execution. Working here means learning to operate with high standards and an international outlook from day one.
We believe in lateral thinking applied to concrete results. Ideas only have value when they become solutions that work and create competitive advantage. That is why we encourage autonomy, critical analysis and continuous improvement. You will have room to propose, but also the responsibility to execute.
We are looking for people who want to grow as the company grows. Here, professional development does not depend on time, but on the level of contribution. The more responsibility you take on, the more you will grow. The greater your impact, the greater your projection.
If you want to be part of an international, independent company in constant evolution, you will find an environment where your work has real visibility, your decisions matter, and your growth depends directly on what you are capable of building.
You are not coming here to occupy a seat. You are coming to leave your mark.
